kansas lawmakers, during this year's session, managed to work with a Dem governor to

1. Repeal sales taxes on groceries
2. Enable sports betting
3. realized that it's a liberal policy to tell health care providers how to manage patient care.

Meanwhile, in MO

1. They raised gas taxes last year
2. Failed to even bring sports gambling to a vote b/c some bumble**** from Warrensburg didn't want it to crowd in on his friends slot machines and "ticket games" at the Elks lodge
3. Passed this abortion of a bill
