technology. No advances in electric, no advances in transportation, no advances in communication, no advances in ability to research, no ability to store information, no ability to access information from numerous sources in seconds.
Yes, we should definitely lighten the load of these poor justices who must travel to work by horse and buggy, must take months to reseach from the dusty old books on the shelves, and write out these decisions in longhand.
