Both entered college beginning with the 2017-18 season, meaning 5 available basketball seasons across both college and NBA for each.
In total they scored 2,141 combined points in their post high school careers. If you were to remove MPj's 2021 season as an outlier the brothers would total only 979 points for an average of only 108.7 total points per season across college and NBA.
Obviously injuries and early retirement significantly impacted that, and obviously both left college at inopportune times (and in Jontay's case started at one too). But that is a pretty amazing lack of post-high school production given their talent level and where they were poised leaving high school.
