Which is cruel and unusual punishment for a 12 year old rape victim, not to mention dangerous to the health of the 12 year old.

There is a middle ground here other than forcing 9-month long medical procedures on women that have a level a danger for all women, some more than others. Also, the woman often relives the rape every time she looks at the child even if woman chooses to go through childbirth. Cruel and unusual punishment. Killing a clump of cells 6 weeks old is not killing a child.
