i'm not following.

the stated and unstated rights of the mother (birthing person, lololololololololololololololololololol) are unambiguous. likewise, the inapplicability of any rights conferred to the fetus (from the 14th you just disregarded) is clear.

states don't have rights. the power the ussc is granting the states comes directly from people. the pipe dream this decision weakens the federal government in any way, shape, or form demonstrates the board's stupidity. this is a power taken from the people and given to states. you are celebrating bigger government.
