Anyone who has ever been in business understands some customers will bìtch incessantly if they think they are right. People with pets even more the case.

Was once at an emergency animal clinic with a dog that had been throwing up non-stop when a hoosier family came out of an exam room upset their puppy had been put down. They left it in the garage overnight and it had eaten fiberglass insulation.

Not the vet's fault.
