is to go through last years starting lineup, spot by spot, and the first 3 off the bench and then you will feel some excitement. Kobe will be at least as good as last year and quite possibly better because of the rest of the team.
The point guard spot will be immensely better, well because we have two point guards and last year none. I am expecting Diara ( sorry on the spelling) big man juco recruit to surpass Brazille from last year. I don't think that is a stretch at all.
Then you have to believe that the collection of the other players can exceed DeGray/Picket/Gordon/Davis production.
This team as presently constructed wins 17/18 wins next year, almost on proper non conference scheduling alone we get there. Having a pg last year would have yielded another 3 to 4 wins.
I set our floor at 17/18 wins. If you can grab a couple hot shots in the next couple months, its reasonable to expect the tournament.
