It is about the Right's pursuit of power through culture wars, a path proven effective in the past, thus they go whole hog with it again. You have Ted Cruz suggesting cherished Disney cartoon characters committing sodomy. Anything for a vote. Tangentially, they harm the Disney Brand which I have been critical of since Eisner. And by harming that brand, the governor will chase tourism dollars from his state. Fact Jack.
