Baker's testimony and notes of the meetings are enough. However, Baker discussed the Sussman meetings with Bill Priestap and Trish Anderson of the FBI. Their notes and testimony was presented to the GJ and Sussman's attorney is trying to exclude them from the trial.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
