Played simple-minded Missourians like a fiddle. Was a Democrat until 2015, when he realized it was much easier to win a state wide election as a R and jumped on the Trump bandwagon.

He would lead you to believe he's just a good-ole boy and common Missourian, when the dude has lived privileged life going to private high school, Duke, and Oxford.

He's so unlike his electorate it's crazy, but people were enamored with his campaign ad of shooting a machine gun in a field.
