I've been trying to come up with a response. I think there are a handful of GOP house members who don't seem to be based on public statements and actions. Of the Senators, Rand Paul may not be but I'm not sure as he says a lot of great things but nothing really gets done.
They all pretty much suck - especially the ones who have been there for years and years.
