my (and our entire dorm and probably all of Mizzou and more) mail in ballot arrived at my mail box......on election day.
at the time I thought it was just government incompetence, I know better today.
St Louis county was solid republican and college kids don't vote republican statistically you see.
I guess an idiot would call that stupid or weak on my part, but certainly I was ignorant of how it works.
