Know anything at all about local history?
Seems folks from Missouri moved to Kansas to vote in an election back in 1855. A process that would be TOTALLY legal today btw. So if russkies moved into Crimea at someone's behest then russia was justified in taking over the Sudetenland...I mean Crimea, right?
