I just mean the types of names being floated as being in consideration are about as far from a sure thing as could be. Doesn't mean they can't do it, but its just going to take some blind faith and patience.

For example if we hired McMahon and MU was good like 5 years from now....that would be a pretty surprising development and he would have exceeded any realistic expectations. Most candidates seem to be of a similar nature.
