RE: retaliatory economic sanctions have been implemented

When we deny use of our banks, trading exchanges, our international financial systems, when we confiscate accounts and impound property of foreign governments and their citizens, we force these nations to seek other means to conduct international business. Other nations not yet on our adversarial/enemy list are taking note and adjusting their affairs accordingly. Actions taken recently by India and Saudi Arabia are a dangerous sign of things to come.
