Where should Russia sell its oil?

Now that the us has sanctioned Russian oil to raise prices to 4$ a gallon Russia has little choice but to sell oil to countries that haven’t sanctioned them. Oh wait, only the us and Canada are banning Russian oil. So they can sell to countries in Asia like Japan, Taiwan, China, India or to countries in Europe like Germany, Poland, the UK, France. Heck Ukraine hasn’t even banned Russian oil. But let’s pay more at the pump to send a message that russia won’t even hear.
