World circumstances have changed, so it's time for a new, revised list of the Best People in The World. I'm limiting it to people who are public figures or in public life. So, for example, although I could easily make the list, I am not eligible. Here it goes:
1. Volodomyr Zelensky--The clear and undisputed winner.
2. All human beings who support Ukraine in its existential battle against the Russian beast.
