And frankly, it doesn't seem like there are a ton of other p5+ programs knocking down McCollum's door right now. Last I heard he was the favorite for the job at UW-Milwaukee.

I'd bet on McCollum to win wherever he goes, but Mizzou isn't going to hire another D2 coach right now under any circumstance.
