wrong that families want to stay in it for generations. There is a reason it is so attractive outside of "We just want to help." On the other hand, we get the government we deserve. If voters reward it, that is what the voters have decided. The only advantage of democratic forms of government is more people have to make the same bad decision for it to take effect.
