The fans in general, no matter what anyone says about a hire, are pretty fickle. They only come out when things are great. I’ve been a season ticket holder for football and basketball a LONG time. It’s been the same for both for 30 years.

Everyone wants to mock the school, talk **** about attendance, etc. there has yet to be a stretch outside of 2-3 under Mike Anderson where fans bought in. It was a huge factor during those years.

I feel like this conversation has got side tracked though.

Your feeling is that fans should only show if the AD does something exciting. I’m saying no matter who is hired it won’t be exciting without fans.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
