Then someone does.

If "why hasn't someone else hired him yet" is your premise for not hiring a coach w/ baggage, then you NEVER will. You'll always allow that opportunity to be seized by someone else.

I doubt we hire GM because our power brokers seem to be morons, but it's worth the risk.
