Made up term by political consultants for conservative politicians to justify political positions some claim are racist and or prejudiced against minority groups. It allows them to go on the offensive rather than having to defend their position. A clever political ploy. It means whatever helps the political position of the person using the term. To that extent it means anything and therefore means nothing.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
