He simply changes the argument to the one he wishes to discuss. Just yesterday when confronted with this very argument his response was "which cities eliminated the police?"
Not once was the argument about eliminating the police. It was only about defunding. He is so eager to prove he knows something he actually demonstrates he knows very little.
