I think about six months ago, there were scores of meatpacking plants all over the place. You couldn’t swing a dead cat in a mall without hitting a meat packing plant. Prices were low, people were happy.
But sometime last summer most of them went away. And prices are higher because there are only four of them. As our president so eloquently stated last night, “you play with them or you don’t play at all“.
As I said last night, I think AOC is giving him economics tutorials.
