censoring state controlled media?

Does it matter that there is a shooting war going on and the very future of ukraine is at stake and maybe the future of europe...?

But then i guess in russia and china all they have is state controlled media...

In normal, not war times, the question would be easy and as you say, defeat misinformation with more information.

War may change that, dunno.
