what you attest. Even our pres. cannot control other countries and leaders, ESPECIALLY pooty and xi now, and both detest the US and it's power in every way.
Sharing intelligence with either though is absurdly stupid. Joe is too weak to realize negotiated settlements with either mean nothing because they'll lie and not honor anything.
