in and the Germans down. Those goals were accomplished for over 65 years. During that time Germany was demilitarized and the Prussian ethos was completely obliterated from German society. The Germans are still intent on dominating Europe, but the military tradition no longer exists. Their dominance is applied through business and industrial might.
