Dramatically based on who wins? When a pub is president, everything that goes on in the world, including deaths from a virus manufactured and let loose by the Chinese, is blamed on the President.

When a Dem is president, virtually nothing is the responsibility of the President, except of course when the sun is shining and birds are singing.
