I was at my wife's office and answered the telephone and a lady requested a Spanish speaking person so I passed her off to a girl that speaks Spanish and I said spanish. Over looking a 30 something African American lady accused me of not trying to understand her and that I was a racist and a sexist as well as a Trump supporter. She also said that she would never bring her child here again.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
