the functions of a DI BB coach.

1. Recruit players capable of playing at an SEC level.

2. Plan and implement an offense and defense that fit the skill set of your team.

3. Develop players so the program is sustainable.

CM has failed miserably at all three of these tasks. It is time to find a competent coach to take over the program.
