What's strange, is that my statement there doesn't match my recommendations above it.
"21-29: consider vaccination on a case by case - benefits probably are the same as risk
Under 18: Don't consider vaccination - benefits do not outweigh risk unless you are in a high risk category."
I said the benefits were the same as risks, which indicates there is a risk. Pretty tardy on my part.
