Didn't matter who did it.
One thing Trump had going against him at the beginning of the pandemic was the initial panic of the health organizations and wasn't getting the best advice from Fauci. He miss handled it by not firing Fauci early in the game.
Biden saw an opportunity to keep the ball rolling to gain a political advantage.
Atleast that's how I see it. You can disagree and that's ok.
