You mean like when Norm 'retired', when Quin was told he was being fired by an assistant and quit in the middle of the season instead, when we held meetings about firing Alden on the day he was trying to announce Mike Anderson as our new coach, when we hired Haith away from his Miami investigation and nobody knew who he was, or when Kim became the first D2 coach in history to be hired by a major conference program and we paid a search firm for his job recruitment?

Or something new and creative we haven't yet tried?
