It is becoming more likely that State Legislatures in several swing States, including Arizona, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia and maybe Michigan recall their election results and flip their electoral votes to Trump. The 12th Amdt. established a process under which a fraudulent election result could be remedied.
Please explain why this message is being reported.
