Yes to answer your idiotic question, the best is all we can expect from someone. The question though stupid, is what is his best?
I asked you some questions as well: Does competence matter? Does ability?
Or just effort.?
The presidency is not a T-ball game. It takes more than effort sometimes. You have to actually be good at what you are trying to do.
