1. Ask them in their interview if they demand excellence.
If yes go to phase two.
2. Ask them a follow up question on if they accept mediocrity.
If no, hire them.
Give them at least 6 games to see if they win them, and win them "prettily" and convincingly.
If they do not, immediately fire them and try again.
