dunham provided to Sussman's counsel as part of discovery?
The case against sussman is a NOTHINGBURGER - he was working for "tech executive 1" and the dnc (allegedly). What crime is he alleged to have committed? Not spying on trumpy...the charge is that he lied. He's alleged to have done nothing else that was unlawful.
Convict sussman or don't convict him - either way, is it a win for dunham (2.5 years later). My $ says that dunham never takes it to trial - it's just a big GOP smoke screen.
