danger out there, so when it doesn’t happen, he can take credit for saving us all. He will have slain the imaginary dragon and saved the little children.
It’s like what he’s doing or trying to do, with the virus. It hasn’t been a threat for months. But when he finally grants us all permission to get on with our lives, he can claim that he slew that dragon as well.
He is screwing up the virus scenario, but I can’t think of any other reason why he is pretending we are in huge danger from a Russian invasion.
Of course when Marxists cry wolf, and there is no wolf, the wolves that are out there will now they have a huge advantage when they actually want to attack.
