I admired that they did walk the walk, witnessing an open "council meeting" at a pretty poor gathering in Southern MO in 94 maybe where they operate on consensus process of decision making which is gottamn near impossible to pull off, but they manage it. One line I shared with my kids to this day came to me at gathering that "you are either part of the flow or a tourist. Don't be a tourist".
