we can just call it stupid. Joe boy wants to take the 7 billion of Afghan money that has been frozen since 9-11 and give it to the destitute in Afghan.
Wonder what percent of that gets to the taliban. Half? Three quarters? Whatever. Stupid AND naive. What a combo.
