Teenager arrested, charged in bomb threats in Washington schools

The 16 year old male from southeast D.C. was arrested for making the threat to predominantly AA schools. The suspect's race was not identified. Southeastern D.C. is the 'Hood', the area of the city with the highest crime rate. The Reuters story mentions an alleged heightened threat from violent home grown extremist groups (read white conservative pro-Trump normals) in an attempt to deflect blame. My guess is, this suspect does not match the composition of those groups.
