PJM is nothing to worship but solar and wind are worthless without storage they amount to overproduction... absolutely zero help to the grid and why the costs for distribution and generation stay the same and are passed on to everyone anyway as a connection charge.
It is an epic scam
Until a nonbattery storage solution is developed it is all a joke. There is nothing promising on the horizon. at best all the solutions are less than 50% efficient
