A veteran telling how when awakened from a dead sleep the military allows you 30 seconds grace period during which you aren't responsible for your actions.
In 1968, shortly after starting A.F. tech school, two senior NCO's attempted to awaken me in the middle of the night because one the them f'd up and had the wrong barracks..long story..
So anyway I apparently told the squadron 1st sergeant AND the tech school NCOIC to go fvck themselves. Or so I was told the next day. I suffered No repercussions.
Be prepared and happy to write amir's family a stupid sized check, they're owed.
