the junkies supposed to get the drugs? There is nothing in the government program to give them free drugs, only the pipes.
That's like giving someone a steering wheel without the rest of the car.
That is unfair and racist.
Black people should be given free mind numbing narcotics by our government. White junkies are all rich and can afford their drugs. Black people need help.
I get high with a little help from my friends...in the biden administration.
