1. Trump runs as the GOP nominee and defeats Biden.
2. The Senate meets in January 2025 to certify the votes of the Electoral College. Vice-President Kamala Harris presides.
3. Vice-President Harris, using the authority that Trump says she has under the Constitution, rejects a number of Trump's Electoral votes on the grounds that that they are not valid. She can use whatever reason for that she wants because Trump says she has full discretion.
4. Joe Biden is re-elected President, because the Vice-President says he got more Electoral votes.
I think they call that being hoist by your own petard. But according to Donald Trump, it would be perfectly proper.
