CM took over a program that had been run by AA head coaches for 8 of the previous 11 seasons. 9 of 11 if you count Watson in the interim position.
But this article, and you by posting it, make it sound like CM was stepping into uncharted waters taking the job.
The previous two AA coaches were successful at running competitive programs here. CM has not been.
