I'm not sure a written word format is the best means for you to try and have to convey your thoughts. Its too difficult for the reader to try and determine what you are intending to convey.
At a macro level I think we are in agreement, Kim was not on top of things that most D1 coaches assume responsibility for. Which is only natural because he wasn't a real D1 coach and in completely over his head attempting to coach MU. I don't disagree with you that things spiraled out of control under his watch and he was mostly oblivious to it and certainly oblivious towards taking corrective action or ownership of the situations. Much like you are doing, he mostly just blamed others or made excuses. But in a normal D1 program that isn't how head coach responsibility works.
