the overall point he was attempting.... Schumer was attempting to say that the 1st woman on the court wasn't until 1981.
It was the same point had he been accurate and omitted the 'white' part:
"Until 1981, this powerful body, the Supreme Court, was all men. Imagine. America wasn't all men in 1967, or ever....."
This is a gotcha job with very little 'gotcha' there.
