This is like the article just below that described people protesting racist policies at a hospital in Boston has a white extremist hate group.
They were all wearing hoodies and matching khaki pants. So they are racist.
The ADL described them as a hate group. No need for the author to do any checking or validation. Just except the description from the left wing organization.
