There are a lot of reasons for it: He hates the US and Britain. The rest of the NATO countries do not have veto power over the US. The US meddles in Russian economic development,and China's economic relations throughout Europe and the rest of the world. If I were Putin I would recognize the the Dombas Republics and see what happens hoping that we show some type of aggression and destroy our ships in The Black Sea, our bases in the Persian Gulf.China could attack Guam and every carrier in sight
